Biographie

Miley Ray Cyrus (geb. Destiny Hope Cyrus; 23. November 1992) ist eine amerikanische Schauspielerin und Popsängerin. Sie erlangte großen Ruhm durch ihre Rolle als Miley Stewart/Hannah Montana auf der Disney Channel Sitcom Hannah Montana. Cyrus nahm Musik für die Soundtracks Hannah Montana (2006) und Hannah Montana 2/Meet Miley Cyrus (2007) auf, die bei Walt Disney Records veröffentlicht wurden. Mit dem Erfolg des Hannah Montana Franchise etablierte sie sich als Teenager-Idol. Im Jahr 2007 unterschrieb Cyrus bei Hollywood Records, um eine Solokarriere zu verfolgen. Im selben Jahr startete sie die Best of Both Worlds Tour, in der sie sowohl als sie selbst als auch als Hannah Montana auftrat.
